ZillowVERIFIEDWe chose Morris Richardson as a Realtor in the area based on our understanding of the agency. Unfortunately we were wrong we wish we would have selected a different realtor. They tried to undersell our house by $25,000. We listed it at higher than their recommendation of what it would sell for but less than what we thought it would sell for but it sold within 36 hours we had an offer at $25,000 more than what they said it would sell for. Their agent was very unhelpful and made us feel like she was going out of her way to help us when she was actually not really putting in any effort for a large commission. After home inspections a new purchasers wanted a few things fixed in the house being out of the area the realtor was trying to get it done and she did not care what it cost, her estimate for repair was over $5,000 when we found a local person we used before the cost was $150. She said they don't have a person who does odd jobs how could you be a real estate agent in that area for so long and not know a person who does small jobs. Well we did sell our home with little effort with Morris Richardson the home was actually sold by us on facebook to friends of friends, if I had it to do over again I would have selected the different agency that didn't make you feel like you are putting them out. Yeah I'm sure they were happy to collect information check with as little work as they actually did, if they had actually treated as well we went to bed so disappointed with them.
