My husband was offered a promotion and in turn we get to move to beautiful Maine, but all this needed to be done in a very quick timeframe. We were aware that this was a sellers market but blown away by how fast things moved along, but with that said Greg truly went above and beyond. We, recently, sold our house with Greg from Sold Squad and during the whole process he was professional, honest and calming in his approach. He answered all of our questions and gave us realistic options going forward. But it was after the sale that his honesty, integrity and helpfulness came through. We decided to sell our home, and start with interviewing realtors, our first phone call was to Greg Maiser, the telephone conversation went well and professional. We made an appointment with him. He showed up on time, we told him our needs and plans, and when he left our home, we decided we didnt need to interview anyone else. We were so impressed with him, we hired him on the spot. The greatest thing we can say is if we ever have a need for a real estate agent again, Greg Maiser is second to none! He and Chris and his staff handled the sale of our home on such a personal level. His video photography was excellent, his marketing procedures were above any we have seen. He was with us day and night 24/7 any questions, concerns, he handled with ease. He made this as stress free as humanly possible. He is one of the most professional people we know. One thing about Greg is his ability to make you feel you are in good hands is standard operating procedure with him. His professionalism didnt stop through out the entire project, even after the sale, he still went above and beyond our expectations. Greg acted more like a family member, always holding our best interests at heart. He help us dispose of furniture and items that were no longer needed by us with finding recipients, therefore also helping others acquire items they were in need of. Even after the closing Greg still is helping and guiding us in our future interests. Greg is a true gentleman and now a friend for life!
