Jill was great. Her knowledge of mrytle Beach is amazing. Communication was top notch. She had to deal with some unique situations in our purchase. We were purchasing with a contingency of property i was selling back home, we had several hiccups on my end (no fault of hers) and she rolled with the punches. From the beginning Lori was invaluable and guided us well through the home buying process. She was responsive to all our inquiries, which were a lot since we are out of staters. Make sure that you look at all of the recent sales. You must compare the benefits and features of each property and make sure you do not overpay.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure you choose a real estate who has an aggressive marketing strategy. Anyone can put a listing in the MLS...you need an agent who knows how to create demand and get you the top price.
