Make sure that you look at all of the recent sales. You must compare the benefits and features of each property and make sure you do not overpay.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure you choose a real estate who has an aggressive marketing strategy. Anyone can put a listing in the MLS...you need an agent who knows how to create demand and get you the top price.
