My experience with Jenny Ford was ok except after I offered to give her a small commission from the house we had a contract on (Jenny had Nothing to do with the purchase of said house in North Myrtle. She brought a buyers contract and tried to get me to sign so she would get 2 1/2 % of a house she had nothing to do with. So unprofessional! I was a SC & NC broker for a number of years. I have never met anyone this greedy with a client. I am considering reporting her to the Real Estate board. People like this give others a bad name. One star rating. Would never use again nor recommend.

Lee did an outstanding job finding us a home in Myrtle Beach. We are out of state, so finding a home was a difficult process, but Lee made the process seamless and very easy. She always responded to calls,texts, and emails right away. And if she did not know the answer to something she found out right away and got right back to us.
