We recently worked with realtors Meghan McNulty and Greg Goebelt of the Deluxe Home Team in Ashland, Oregon. Meghan was our primary realtor, who went above and beyond to help us with our recent home purchase. As out-of-state buyers relocating from Georgia, we faced numerous challenges, but Meghan's expertise and dedication made our purchase as easy as a cross-country transaction can be. What sets Meghan apart is her extensive network of local connections. Her relationships with contractors, lenders, insurance providers, and home systems experts proved invaluable during our due diligence process, and she went above and beyond to be at every single third-party appointment during the diligence and pre-closing phase. This put us in a position to quickly gather all the necessary information and make informed decisions about our purchase which turned out ot be complex (for reasons related to the home itself). Bearing in mind that this happened from start to finish in 35 days with feet of snow on the ground during the holiday season while we were 2,500 miles away, it felt like a near miracle. Throughout the entire process, Meghan was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and she consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to our best interests. She anticipated potential issues and proactively addressed them, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
