ZillowVERIFIEDRyan and his team are very knowledgeable, hardworking, and just super nice. He executed an extremely complicated home purchase for us. The home was very old and so he recommended to take extra precaution to have several inspections done (general, foundation, termite, sewer, roof, and so on). All Ryan?s expert contacts were very good. He even took time to set up a call with a construction expert that gave us advice on remodel. Because the home was older there were many unique requirements/questions from underwriter. Ryan worked hand in hand with our lending agent to have everything answered (it was a journey!). During escrow he met us several times at the property to get ahead of remodel and even show to our out of town family visiting. Ryan and his team go above and beyond.
