Very experienced and knowledgeable - He discussed and talked through various scenarios that could potentially happen during the sale and discussed strategies to employ for different scenarios that may come along the way -- anything associated to offers, inspections, appraisals, etc. They have a fantastic stager and photographer that helped with getting our home ready. Because of his reputation and knowledge around the area, I feel that helped tremendously when he worked to negotiate with other realtors. Greg and his team are highly professional and responsive. We sold our house last month and everything went very smoothly. From when we put our house for sale till closing, Greg and Nikki took care of everything. One of them were always present for each showing (no lock box) or aEURoeFor SaleaEUR? sign in the yard. After the house was on contract, they took care of all the repairs and closing since we were overseas in that period.Both Greg and Nikki were always available on email or text when we had a question or wanted an update. They gave us feedback on all the showings. As for the sale price, Greg showed us all the comps and told us what would be a fair price to list at and what our net would be.
