Sophia Russo was our agent for our home purchase in San Diego, CA. Being from out of town, we knew we needed an agent that was knowledgeable and thorough. I had a brief conversation early in our search with Sophia. We also spoke to a handful of other agents. I enjoyed my initial conversation with Sophia. The specific home I called about was no longer an interest for us. Sophia offered to continue to look for me for homes that met our criteria. I agreed. In the next couple of months, Sophia sent me homes that were of interest. She also followed up with homes that were exactly what we were looking for. We decided to make a spur of the moment trip down to look at some homes. We had a short window to view as many homes that met our needs as possible. Sophia not only had the list of potential homes ready for us, but also had detailed information on all the homes we viewed, which helped us to narrow down the ideal house very quickly. Sophia laid out her negotiation strategy that made it quite attractive against competing offers on the table. Our offer was accepted and we were able to close in less than weeks. Of all our home purchases, this one was the smoothest. We attribute this to Sophia. We couldn't have completed this purchase without her. What impressed us the most, was her thoroughness and organization. We felt comfortable with her representing us the whole time. The experience left us feeling confident about our purchase. Being out of town, Sophia has also helped us tremendously with some after purchase follow up needed with our new home. Sophia is young, and ambitious, but has the knowledge and organizational skills of a veteran. She's also a pro negotiator and helped us purchase our home within our budget.
