He was willing to do a consultation with me two hours after I reached out and got our home on the market three days after our initial conversation. But what stands out about The Connell Company is how intentional they are about the client experience. Greg brought in items to stage our home. He left small gifts for our little boys after listing photos were taken. He understood that I need a lot of information and that I like to get it quickly and never seemed bothered by my questions, text messages or phone calls. Most importantly, I feel like he really advocated for us, reaching out to the closing attorney and buyer's lender multiple times to get updates and make sure our loan closed on time. I know Greg has a lot of other clients, but I never felt like he was working with anyone besides us. Awesome experience all around.
