We chose Cassie from the Busha Team to sell our father's home. We had interviewed several realtors prior to meeting with Cassie. She was a breath of fresh air. She came to our first meeting well prepared with comps and knowledge of our property and the immediate neighborhood. But, she did more than that. She seemed to understand our attachment to the property, as well as being able to see its value from the eyes of a possible buyer. By the second meeting she had constructed a plan. The plan with all the details was executed and our house sold for more than asking in a very short time period. Very pleased with the help and attentiveness Greg and his team gave us while trying to sell our home. They put in so much work to make sure we sold our house quick. We sold within 5 days and got to our new residence within the next month. They are very easy going, respond quickly and answer any questions you have.
