I've had experience working with other realtors in the past that, in the end, I have not been completely pleased with. I was concerned a little at the beginning about how "laid back" Grant seemed. I was concerned initially that he was not taking this transaction and my concerns as seriously as I would like. But that was not the case. Grant knew exactly what he was doing and in the end I was amazed at his level of knowledge and skill and professional behavior. So don't let his young age fool you.
