Grant is an outstanding realtor. Hes represented me twice in the sale of properties. His knowledge of the business and dedication to his clients is superior. He negotiated a top dollar deal for the sale of both properties, far exceeding my expectations. One property was an estate sale and the home needed a lot of cleaning and freshening up to be marketable. Grant was there every step of the way to coordinate the work and roll up his sleeves to do it himself when necessary. I live out of state could not be there in person. Grant also sold my home when I was moving out of state. It was a very stressful move as I was caring for my elderly parent, working full time and recovering from Covid while trying to pack up a home Id lived in for 19 years to move out of state. Grant personally finished the clean up I could not do. I feel he really went above and beyond what any other realtor would have done.
