Hello my name is Grant Bake. If you are looking to buy or sell Real Estate in Ohio I am the Broker for you. I work for Cedar One Realty out of Wintersville and Carrollton Ohio. I represent buyer's and sellers best interests throughout their real estate transactions. When my client has a need, I fulfill it. I am a 2018 University of Mount Union graduate with a bachelors degree in Business management. In 2017 I earned the Multi-Million Dollar Producer title. In 2018, I was awarded the Presidents Sales Club award of Achievement. I earned my Real Estate Brokers license in 2018. I have also just been accepted into the Ohio Realtor Leadership Academy. This program offers many seminars and leadership activities for better education and to hone my realtor skills. Grant is a great agent, any questions I had he answered, or he found the answer very quickly. When he list my home he told me the little things I needed to do to get it sold. After it was listed he had showings almost every day, with multiple showings some day, and then got an offer in less than 2 weeks. He is a very hard working agent and I would highly recommend Grant if you want to move your property quickly and an agent who knows what they are doing.
