We were concerned about bidding wars but he gave us multiple options to get our offer approved within our budget and without overpaying. To our surprise, our offer was accepted and we ended up getting the house for less than we thought we would. There were a few inspections we needed to schedule and he had great recommendations for inspectors and contractors. It was such a comfort to have his guidance and recommendations. He was also a huge help during closing! We are so grateful to have had Graham by our side through buying our first home and can't wait to start making memories here. We thought for sure (from all the stories we had heard from friends and family) that it would take months to get a home and we would end up having to spend more than asking. Nope, we won our first bid and got it slightly under. Surely some of this was luck/situational, but we could have easily gone in at asking or even above if it hadn't been for Graham's research.
