So I'm drawing on the experience of seven transactions when I say he is, hands down, the best real estate professional with whom I have ever worked. In that same 20 year period, we've collaborated with truly talented brokers in several other locations outside CT (NYC, San Francisco, etc), but no one comes close to Graham. First of all, he knows his market cold. I mean practically on a house by house basis. He has an uncanny sense of the value of a property and, if you are willing to listen to him, he will sell your house quickly. He can also spot bargains (and faux bargains) and is sensitive about how best to approach making an offer. Many other considerations go into selling a house besides just price, and he understands all of them. I'd never work with anyone else, it's that simple.
