Graham was an awesome realtor! We were first time home buyers and Graham was exteremely helpful throughout the entire process. He walked us through everything we needed to know including the pros/cons of various offer clauses like appraisal waivers, escalation clauses, etc. so that we were confident when we put our first offer in. On top of that, Graham was knowledgeable and transparent about what to expect. He helped us understand how much competition there'd be on certain houses and what the price point could be based on recent sales trends. This helped us figure out what offers to submit and what at what price point. I highly recommend Graham if you're looking for a home in or around Richmond!

Graham's assistance was invaluable as we navigated buying our first home in such a competitive housing market, where properties were nabbed off the market before their scheduled open houses. We were living in DC before our move, so he did a lot of Facetime tours with us and provided honest assessments regarding whether it was worthwhile to make last-minute drives for in-person tours. Throughout the entire process, he offered rational and level-headed insights that instilled confidence in the offers we submitted. He even submitted an offer on our behalf after hours during a holiday weekend when most parties, including the sellers, their agent, Graham, and myself, were preparing to leave town. At no point did we feel pressured to bid on a property that didn't align with our vision... Graham even dissuaded us from pursuing certain houses after evaluating their condition or location. We purchased our home after only a virtual tour with Graham, but we were so confident in our offer because the virtual tour was practically an inspection, which included Graham climbing into crawlspaces and scrutinizing bathroom fixtures for leaks.
