Grace and her staff, let me just say one of a kind. Grace was always working with us to find our home and she communicated like you wouldn't believe. She definitely puts her clients first when it comes to purchasing a home. For example, she offered her own Seattle Seahawks clock to the seller when we put in a bid for one of the homes we liked. She didn't have to do this but she is will to do what it takes to help you find your dream home. She is very honest once she knows your taste and she wont let you settle for something she knows you don't want. We looked for over a month with Grace and after a month we where getting a little worn down. She knew what Nicole and I where looking for and she didn't let us settle. If you are looking for someone that will look out for you and be with you every step of the way Grace is the way to go. Thanks again for everything Grace!

Grace and Kaitlyn are the A-Team! My husband and I were first time home buyers in the craziest market this area has seen, and Grace managed to get us into the very first house we put an offer on (it was truly because of her). We were expecting to be house hunting for months on end, but I'm writing this review from my beautiful home less than 3 months after first meeting Grace. She even got our closing date moved up when we were scrambling to make moving plans with the date we were given! Communication with her and Kaitlyn was quick and easy, and Grace was always so kind and patient with all of our many questions and concerns. We can't recommend her enough!
