1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My best advice would be explore your mortgage options, start saving early, work on your credit score as soon as possible, try not to finance anything new before buying a home. Get your loan documents in order, compare mortgage lenders, avoid interest only and adjustable rate mortgages. Get pre-approved for a home loan,
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Understand why you are selling your home, before setting a price - do your research, do some home shopping yourself, view other homes in the area (your competition), Ensure you have room to negotiate. Appearances does matter. Invite the honest opinions of others. Fix everything, completely clean the home. Dead killer odors - must go, light candles. Disclose everything about the home. Keep emotions in check during negotiations. Make sure deadlines are met. Hire an experienced realtor.

Investors, foreign buyers, 2nd home, first time buyers, sellers.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I previously worked in Cruise Sales, but the company moved out of state. I decided to give Real Estate a try (29 years later) as I love working with people and making their home dreams a reality.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had kept in touch with a potential client for 10 years leaving messages, sending emails etc. After all that time I was able to sell their $1 million dollar home. Persistence paid off!
