About Gordon Stephenson

Our goal at RPA is to provide the highest level of real estate service to customers throughout our service areas. We have over 70 licensed professionals, plus many more agents on our referral teams, who specialize in residential and commercial brokerage, and mortgage lending. We also have a division devoted to property management for the individual investor. Since our founding in 1991 we have closed thousands of residential and commercial property transactions for our clients. In addition, RPA is the largest property manager of houses, condos and small multifamily properties in Washington State. While overseeing our agents and associate brokers, my team and I also continue to work with a number of buyers and sellers each year -- mainly repeat customers and referrals. My home is in Lake Forest Park, not far from from North Seattle's Shorecrest High School where I graduated in 1984. I earned a degree in Economics from Stanford University in 1988.
