I cannot speak highly enough of Zach and his team. Our experience buying a home with their support was stress-free and flawlessly executed from start to finish. We initially found Zach through his YouTube videos as we were considering a relocation to the Seattle area from the east coast. His content was thoughtful and relevant to what we needed to know. When I reached out to him directly, he was very gracious with his time, answered all of our questions patiently, and stayed connected with us until we were ready to start the home buying process. When we later scheduled a visit to Seattle, Zach and his team helped us to see several homes on our wish list, and within a week, we landed a winning offer on our top choice. Between offer and closing, Zach's team was instrumental in keeping the very quick process on track across all involved parties, and they were also kind enough to take measurements so we could plan our move, check on the house while we were still out of state, and even celebrated closing with a pizza dinner! Along the way, Zach personally checked in weekly to keep me in the loop on the overall closure process and to answer any questions I might have. Overall, the entire home buying process was as simple and smooth as I have experienced in any real estate transaction. Zach and his team are directly responsible for that and are highly recommended!

We had a great experience working with Zach and his team! We moved from another state and had to do video tours of homes.
