Gordon spent a number of years in the music industry in Dallas and Los Angeles. He owned and operated a chain of successful recording studios while actively working as a record producer. He is best known for his work with Stevie Nicks. He is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and is himself a "Grammy" award recipient. In 2000 he moved to Kauai where he began his real estate career. As a Realtor on Kauai he was voted number two Best Realtor on Kauai by the readers of Kauai Garden Island Newspaper and with over $100 million in Real Estate Sales he was consistently ranked in the top 10% of annual sales Island Wide (among all Kauai Realtors) & top 5% of annual sales on the North Shore. He served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Hanalei Bay and the Kauai Board of Realtors. He also held a Mortgage Solicitors (brokers) license in Hawaii. He relocated to Nashville in 2012 and again ranks in the top 10% of sales in the area. He is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has earned the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation, as well as currently being on the Board of Advisors for Estately.com. Gordon is awesome, he was very attentive to me during our purchasing process. My son also used the services of Gordon and both of us are extremely satisfied. We are in a little different situation where we are relocating from NJ to TN as two of our sons live and work in Lebanon. My wife and I had been searching for a bit and driving Gordon a little crazy, but he was all on board with us and kept us focused. We recently closed on our dream home and are so pleased! My wife and I decided to move from MA to TN and Gordon was the agent we fell on. He ended up being GREAT! Solid points of view on homes and neighborhoods (only offered opinions when asked). We flew out to look for homes with our 2 little kids. He made sure that kids were entertained while the wife and I looked around through the homes. It was exhausting but if not for Gordon it would have been a mess and a half. After the purchase, things were smooth. He negotiated the home sale contingency which we needed. Honestly, it was a very smooth experience overall. Hes also responsive even after the purchase and very helpful with suggestions. If your work Gordon, you are in good hands!

Gordon Perry is who our agent was when we purchased our beautiful home. We found him on Zillow and just called to see if we can look at a home we noticed that was for sale (Not the home we actually purchased). Without hesitation he asked when would be the best time to for us. I replied with now if possible... without hesitation he immediately dropped whatever he was doing and met us out there --(WOW) I wasnt expecting that! We ended up purchasing a home a few month later (we are picky) after seeing over 50 homes. Gordon was so wonderful, I cannot imagine using someone else. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable! He knew all of the pros and cons to look for in a home and actually took the time on each home to point them out and teach us what to look for. He wanted to make sure we purchased our forever home.
