Terrible experience with this agent. Unprofessional attitude displayed on several occasions. Did get one lowball offer in two months. Do your research and choose a better agent if you want your home sold. Would not recommend Glynis or C21 to anyone. Her strategy was to list the home at the top of the market and let it accumulate days on the market and if it didn't sell reduce the price. In two months we reduced the price three times and still had but one bogus offer. It seems as though all Glynis was after was the listing...didn't seem at all interested in selling my property.

Extremely uninformative. Pictures of the house I was nterested in were very shady and griny and when that was explained to hr she saidshe isn't the actual agent and to get the agent to get additional pics for me. I immediatelt sent an email on Zillow in reference to my horrile experience with her, however, I didn't get a reply. I would not recommend her to anybody I know!
