Gloria was so responsive to any issues that came up. She also would answer my questions or let me know what was going on with the sale after and before normal business hours. Had another realtor that couldn't close or vet buyers on two contracts, but Gloria used her knowledge and expertise to make sure that I, as the seller, was represented completely on my third contract. Most realtors want to do less and get paid max percentage, Gloria made sure I received the maximum amount of funding for my property.
