Gloria was supportive from the very start of our process, always pointing out legitimate pros and cons of homes, accepting our tastes, and changing the inventory accordingly. She applied No pressure which was fantastic and genuinely seemed to want us to find the right home for ourselves. Not only did she stick with us to the end, she made sure we were following up on all necessary aspects of the home-buying process and took it upon herself to help us even when she didn't necessarily have to.
