Just want to share the great experience we had when Gloria Perez helped us find our new home. We started working with Gloria about 2 months ago. Initially, we were not finding the right homes that checked off all our boxes. I would give her a 20 out of 10 if I could. Gloria was always available, extremely knowledge, and patient with us. She had great suggestions and was even able to connect us with top notch stagers and handymen to be sure our house was in tip top shape to get the best price. Based on the craziness of the market we decided to hold off and wait until next Spring and Gloria will be the first person we call. We actually chose to be represented by her because she was the buyer's agent when we purchased the home we live in now, so we knew first hand she was a fierce negotiator.
