My fiance and I have been talking about purchasing a home together since before our engagement so we had a pretty good idea of what our ideal home looked like (including our ideal budget), but neither of us thought it would be possible to have both on our first home purchase. We thought that wed have to work our way up to the home that wed want to build a lifetime in, but Gloria and her team at Siven Premier Real Estate in Tampa Bay pushed us to describe our perfect home to them anyway and worked for months to help us find that balance. We didnt realize what a rollercoaster ride searching for a home would be and how many questions we would have. There were times that we felt like maybe we were asking too much and wanted to just settle, but they encouraged us to ask our questions, clarified answers as many time as we needed them to and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were not settling. When we finally found our home and made an offer, we ran into hiccup after hiccup with the sellers side, but the Siven team never stopped advocating for us to ensure that we could close the deal in a way that we felt comfortable moving forward. In fact, even though they trusted the deal would go through, when our disappointment led to us just wanting to give up, they still took their time to show us other properties WHILE continuing with negotiations. Their expertise in the industry is impeccable, and they met every single one of our needs. Were so happy with our home that will now be our wedding venue and then the home well raise our children in. Thank you to this wonderful team (and my fiance) for keeping me sane throughout this process and delivering such a peaceful, beautiful home.
