Michael was great to work with while hunting for apartments. He took extra time to show off other units I wasn't aware of prior and had good holistic knowledge about the apartments (area, amenities, etc.). He was also very quick to respond via text which allowed me to secure my new place :D For NY, I think fast response time is everything, and I really appreciate how readily available he made himself.
