After exhausting all of our option in NJ we decided to give Pennsylvania a try. We met with Glenn and gave him our budget and what we were looking for and he started the search with those criteria. We saw many homes that didn't feel like it fit us even though they met our criteria. Glenn was very patient with us, even when we started to feel bad for seeing so many homes that had exactly what we wanted but they didn't feel like they were the right fit. He reassured us when he told us "With a purchase this large, we shouldn't have any doubts and it should be exactly what we want." It took a while, which should be expected in this market, but we finally closed on our perfect home in June 2022. Glenn was phenomenal throughout this process; his response time is almost immediate. He made several last-minute calls on many occasions and got us same day showing. Glenn comes highly recommended, and I strongly urge anyone looking for a professional with several years of experience to consider and hire him.
