1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Check out the many different loan products available to you! Many first-time home buyers qualify for down-payment or closing cost assistance.
Just because you are approved for a certain amount does not mean that you should spend that much! It is no good to be house poor.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
De-clutter, paint, make your home smell nice! Buyers make their decision almost immediately after walking inside and you only have one shot at a great first impression.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with:

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One transaction I really loved was helping a a couple relocate to northwest Indiana to retire. We worked together for a little over a year, until we found the perfect house. We closed and have stayed good friends!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I saw a real estate class enrollment sign and I jumped at the opportunity!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Actuarial Science. Actuaries deal with investment decisions and their associated risk. My market analysis skills and ever-increasing background in applied mathematics helps me accurately price properties and predict how long it will take them to sell.
