1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Before starting your home search, start working on your credit score and save money. A higher credit score can make the loan process easier. You will need some funds for down payment and closing cost.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Before putting your home on the market take a tour of your home and pretend you are the buyer, ask yourself if you would buy this home in the current condition. If you see problem areas begin to focus on making those repairs. Call a Realtor to assist you to make your home the best home on the market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time home buyers that need help with financing, locating their new home and guidance through the purchase process. I have helped people retiring that needed to sell their large home so they could purchase a new smaller home close to family. I have helped people that needed to sell their home so they could move out of state for a new job.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I helped a couple in their 50's that never owned a home. They thought they did not have the credit to purchase a home. I showed them what they needed to do so they could purchase their home. On the day of closing they were so full of joy they cried. Their dream of owning their own home came true. The next day they sent me a dozen red roses. They were so thankful for their new home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My first job was leasing apartments for a real estate company. After that job, I went to work for another real estate company and decided to get my real estate license.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have over 22 years of experience helping Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. I have excellent customer service skills and have received awards.
