Helped me to buy a home and then sell that same home a few years later in the Ypsilanti area. His knowledge of the real estate process was great. I've worked with multiple agents on other deals and while at least one was in the same class of agent as Howard, most were not. I was completely comfortable with him at the helm of those transactions, I told him that I wanted all the info that he has that he can share with me about my home sale, and he sent over all the new information as soon as he got it. Which makes life so easy! Some agents have fought with me or will give answers that don't follow the question at all, but Howard is clearly highly intelligent in understanding real estate and gives short and exact answers back to all my questions. I highly appreciate that. For the sale of my house which was under $200,000, I contacted him on a Friday or Saturday and told him i wanted to list as soon as possible. Monday he had listing papers ready and by the next Thursday the house was up on the MLS with fantastic photos. On Thursday he sent me an scheduling app to see when the showings would be which started on Friday and went to Sunday with over 60 showings. We had something like 12 offers all above asking and some even got better as Howard negotiated with the other agents. The next Monday we were undercontract and sold within 30 days without any hiccups. Smooth as butter. So to sum up, Howard is great for his intelligence in dealing with clients, other agents and in regards to real estate buying and selling as a whole. He is tech savvy with his high speed scheduling app which allowed for over 60 showings in three days without it being a trample fest as well as how he got the listing up quickly without any noticeable errors on the MLS, it populated across all the real estate websites without error, also with his ability to quickly pop out documents as needed and to get them up and in authentisign for our digital signatures. His negotiation skills were amazing on both the buy and sell. He could get all kinds of juicy info which is highly valuable when dealing with costly real estate. He got us over 35 beautiful professional widelens pictures for no extra cost, in the under $200k price range some agents use their trashy cellphone or will get 25 pictures and just try to cut cost. Howard treated me like i was selling a million dollar house. Although i do wonder what more if anything he does for those. He seemed so thorough I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Howard. I can't recommend Howard enough for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Washtenaw county area. He is friendly, responds quickly, and took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted so that he didn't waste my time or his. After working with another realtor for 6 months with no success (never even put in an offer), I met Howard for coffee on a Saturday, toured a house that Sunday, put in an offer that Monday, and my offer was accepted on that Tuesday.
