Joe was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL in helping us find a home! We had been looking for over 2 years, being outbid at every turn and dealing with realtors that gave us no guidance or fought for what houses we wanted in this competitive market. If we put in an offer, Joe would reach out to the seller's realtor to keep up with what was going on and try to help guide us in what to do if we wanted to keep pursuing the house.
