ZillowVERIFIEDGisela is honest and will stay the course with you. She answered our calls whenever we called, and got us in to view properties we were interested in promptly. After putting in an offer on a home she was asked by the listing agent to change the date of our offer so ours could be accepted over the one the listing agent had. She would not! It solidified our trust in her. After viewing the property later on Zillow we would have paid 7k more for the property than what they got, which was below asking. After that mess we were nervous to keep looking, but we found our home less than a week later. Gisela was enthusiastic about our find, and we offered the asking price for our home. Gisela also made sure minor fixes were addressed which we had not put much thought into. She had our best interest at heart from beginning to end, without compromising her or our conscience. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

That is the extent of her expertise. She has no attention to detail, no memory, and actually lied to us at one point, resulting in a loss of several thousand dollars.
