I am also the president and owner of Naples Remodeling, LLC. a general construction company specializing in remodeling of the REO properties purchased for my investor clients who benefit from my ability to anticipate the future value of improvements and to gauge rental income. We have reintroduced over 42 rehabbed properties back into the market in the last 7 years

Giovanni Arenella is very knowledgeable and ready to help in any manner when it came to selling my mothers home. He met with inspectors and picked up our inspection certificates from the Village Hall, he helped me to locate contractors to do the necessary repairs. Gio is the reason we are moving into our house come true this month. Not only did he find a perfect house within our budget, but assembled an amazing team who dealt with our mortgage company problems and was fantastically diplomatic with the sellers when we had to switch. When we finally got the keys and began moving, we found he had negotiated appliance insurance that covers nearly all the minor repairs we have to make, which was a surprise and a deep relief.
