1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Pre approval is key. In today's market it is fast paced. You don't want to look at a home before you know what the house payment is or look at a home and then have to run get pre approved to purchase it while someone is looking behind you only to find that they bought the home out from under you. Also, know that it does not cost you money out of your pocket to use me. In the state of Oklahoma, a buyer has the right to representation which means you have a right to have a Realtor facilitate and negotiate for you. The seller has a sign in the yard and that person works for that seller. You should have someone who has your best interest at heart. Why not use my services? Make sure you hire a Realtor to help you. I would be more than happy to visit and answer any questions you may have.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Let me do a no obligation home consultation. I have been selling for years and I can help with staging ideas. I also have a list of vendors that has anything to do with a home whether it is painting, handyman repairs or licensed electricians or plumbers. It is always best to have a plan before placing your home on the market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from investors to Luxury. I sold a Luxury home to one of our NBA stars Russell Westbrook. I have also worked with commercial. I work with first time home buyers and know programs that are available to help first time home buyers as well.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a gentleman who worked for oil and gas and I had sold him the home in 2014. He recently relocated to Houston. His company wanted to use a Relocation company to sell his home. He was so disappointed that they had it on the market 2 months and only 2 showings and no contract. He told the company about me and they approved me for relocation and I listed his home and sold it in 5 days! He is now living in Houston and able to move on to his next stage in life and I have made a lifelong friend.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had worked in corporate, I owned a sports bar, I have a license in cosmetology and just about everything but for many years I had always been drawn to real estate. I loved everything about homes and not only that, I have always loved to help people. I decided to go into real estate and never looked back. It has been the most rewarding decision I have made. I love to teach real estate as well so I became a broker to help change the way that people look at real estate. I hope that I can be a part of that change!!
