Ginger Nance

Meet Ginger Nance. Ginger grew up in a Christian, farming family in Fort Scott, Kansas. She is the daughter of Donnie and Georgia Brown and she has two siblings Destry Brown, of Fort Scott, KS and Tonee Porter, of Nevada, MO. Having a mother and father, who are each individual business owners of a row crop farming operation and of the Sunshine Boutique, gift shop in Fort Scott, KS it gave her a lifelong foundation that she uses today. Her drive to learn, grow and always do work in an honest, fair way that serves others, first and foremost, is evident in all she does. Ginger has been married to Bill Nance for over ten years and together they own a cattle farm east of Sheldon, MO. Additionally, they own and operate Nance Auction Service. Combined, they have seven children, six grandchildren and they are happy members of the Sheldon Baptist church. During her spare time Ginger enjoys gardening, antiquing and assisting others with downsizing &/or decluttering by offering a variety of services ranging from Estate/Tag sales, auctions, private sales &/or donations to others in need. Community involvement is important to Ginger, as she believes that being involved is the best way to help a community grow. She serves on a number of boards and committees in both Kansas and Missouri and she is looking forward to becoming involved in the surrounding areas in a new and greater capacity. Ginger has over twenty-five years working as an Executive Director in senior living. She comes with a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding that is beneficial to those who may be considering buying or a selling a home, after being in one place for many years. She understands how stressful a moving transition can be, which is why she wants to help.
