Highly recommend Ginger! This was our first time buying a house, we were nervous and unsure of how everything worked. She answered any and all questions we had and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. She was more than just a realtor to us, my family loves her! And let me just tell you, a realtor who prays for your family and future home makes all the difference in the world! Ginger made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family. We actually went through and ordeal ourself with our lender.
