ZillowVERIFIEDGinger was the person who sold me the property over 14 years and and the only one I contacted when we were ready to sell it. She remains extremely knowledgeable about this area, diligent in her efforts to buy and/or sell one's real estate, and thorough when it comes to completing the transaction. She needed all those skills to sell our property. She responded to our questions promptly and offered her expertise when we were uninformed about the real estate market in general and this area's specific situation. Because she was born and raised here she knows, and is friends with, a lot of people and is a great source of information about who does specific work. In addition, she has the ability to know what property will suit each client and doesn't attempt to "sell" something that isn't a good fit (unless a client is what's it that way). ZillowVERIFIEDI don't have enough space here to do Ginger justice. She was phenomenal!!Over a 3 year period of looking for a very specific property, she was with us all the way. Never gave up on us when it looked like there was nothing available as we had looked a them all. :) Even when most were on a Sunday afternoon, she was always there with a smile and ready and wiling. Always honest with us as she shared her vast knowledge of the area and her years of experience. Never was a house too far away. When we finally found our house, she was willing to forgo her commission to make the deal work for us. She was more than our realtor, she became our friend. If you are smart, you will call her up. You won't be disappointed.Thank you Ginger just doesn't cut it. She gets our highest endorsement :)P.S. We made sure she got her commission. She earned it and more.

ZillowVERIFIEDGinger is an excellent realtor! We found her on Zillow and she responded immediately and always followed through. She persevered as our realtor for two years (we did break our search for a long time due to COVID) until we found just the right property. She was attentive and always open to looking at houses near and far (once we even had to hike through the woods to find a house). Even after we closed, she was so great at helping us find local resources and welcomed us to the area. We highly recommend Ginger.
