Ginger was amazing!! She helped us with the sale of my brothers house after he passed away suddenly, leaving my sister in law with a house to sell. Being all alone in Tampa and stressed about all that needed to be done, Ginger took care of repairs that were needed and even arranged for the cleaning and prep of the house. This was all done while my sister in law had moved back to New York. Ginger got her full price for the house as she promised and the sale went so smooth. Ginger does what she says and is always in touch with updates. As a former realtor myself and can say she is the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!!

Ginger was absolutely amazing really listened to what we wanted in a house but wasn't pushy about getting us into a house that we really didn't like.
