The house we were selling was attacked unfairly, and inaccurately, by house inspectors. We lost one sale from it, and almost lost a second. Fortunately, Gina stepped in with an idea that didn't cost us much, but which preserved the sale, and we still ended up with more than our asking price. She's the best!
