Gina was wonderful to work with. She made us feel like we were her exclusive customers, even though we know that she had many other clients. She was always kind and honest. After our initial visit, she provided a comprehensive estimate with comparable sales and the numbers were all explained. She helped stage our house for the showing, her videographer did an outstanding job capturing the beauty of our house, and she had a great system to schedule showings. We had a carefree experience working with Gina and we would give her our highest recommendation to anyone wanting to list their house.

In June 2022 I worked with Gina and Mike at Berkshire Hathaway on the sale of my home in Ellensburg. I would like to share three main points that gave me such a positive experience with them. They (1) fully informed and educated me throughout the process; (2) asked questions and listened to me as a client to determine my needs, priorities and input; and (3) were excellent communicators throughout the process. Well, I seldom go beyond three main points, but I want to add just a bit more. The photos and video they did of my place were fantastic and better than any others I have seen on real estate web sites. Everyone commented on them.
