All the great thins i have to say about Gina I could be here writing a novel! Gina has over the years help me an at 22 years old buy my 1st home. Which was a foreclosure. She made sure that I instantly had a return on investment. Helping me get the best people she knew to check the house out to make sure it was total dump. She has always looked out for me like family. Checking in on me from time to time. Then came the time to sell the house 12 years later and 1 phone call and she was on the job. That house sold with no problems at all. Just like she said. The house profit helped me fix my childhood home that was left to me by my dad. Then lastly I always dreamed of living down south and once I finished my childhood home. I called and just like Jake from statefarm she was there. Putting all my worries to ease. Making that sale go through to get me to the finish line. Lastly she checks in on me still! And I've asked questions since moving about potential investment properties and she's always willing to take the time to answer and or help me find a solution to the question I've asked! I wouldn't want any other real estate agent. If I was looking to buy or sell. She's always there for you FIRST!!!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Gina! My significant other and I were first-time buyers looking for a house in the Cumberland/Woonsocket neighborhoods of Rhode Island. We were overwhelmed by the home-buying process but with Gina by our side, she explained every step and answered all of our questions! Gina was amazing to work with. She stuck by us for over a year. I'm very particular and knew what I wanted. She sent me multiple choices throughout a year and a half. Was able to get showings every time we needed them. When we found the right one she was able to give us referrals to a great inspector and closing agents. There was a hiccup on closing day with the seller but the issue was already put in the contract that she made. This really showed me she had out backs and knew the in and outs of protecting her clients. I not only had a realtor but gained a friend. Would recommend to anyone selling or buying. She never pressured us to go bigger or more expensive. Money wasn't her bottom line giving us a great first time home buying experience was.
