I am originally from Virginia and was looking to move to Arizona in the fall of 2020. I had one week in July to look for homes and needed to close in September. Gina is wonderful! I?ve worked with her daughter Kristin and her husband over the years and they are all about the customer. Kristin sold me my first house and Gina, her mom helped me sell it. We recently bought a home for my in-laws and Gina and her team were great! She had helped us before with both selling a home and purchasing a home (you should be able to see my prior review). This experience was just as smooth. Kristin were able to get us a showing of the house on very short notice and Gina helped us submit a fair offer the same day - which was accepted :) Her team worked with the selling agent and got basically everything on the BINSR process fixed. Well definitely be working with Gina and team in the future! I have been and will continue to recommend her to everybody I know
