You can stop looking for a real estate agent now, just go with Gina and Tom. Gina and Tom represented us while we were in the process of buying our first home. We first set up a meeting with them and they walked us through the entire process for buying a house. It was really informative and we always knew what the next steps were. Gina knows EVERYONE and those connections were put to good use for us many times for financing, insurance, getting last minute viewing appointments, etc. We saw a good number of houses with Gina but never felt pressured to make an offer. A couple times we actually left a house and Gina would advise us against making an offer due to things she saw in the house and knowing our goals and situation deeply! They really do have your best interest at heart. Gina would actually go talk to the neighbors if they were outside and ask about the neighborhood and get the scoop on the house we were looking at! It being our first house, the closing was a big deal for us and Gina came to the attorney's office and helped to make sure everything went smoothly! Without a doubt the best decision I made when buying a new home was asking Gina and Tom to be my buying agents. They literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars off of the buyers asking price which is almost unheard of in this sellers market! They have the best reputation with lenders, home inspectors and closing attorneys.
