Gina and Tom are our neighbors and agent selling our parents' house. They did a great job. They understood how emotional this process was and gently led us to the finish line. As we are not local, they recommended services to help us make repairs and maintenance to get the house ready to go on the market. All real estate transactions have hiccups -- no surprise here -- but Gina and Tom navigated through obstacles expertly. They were professionals in every way. Since we were not in Cranston, most of the forms were agreed to and signed remotely. I was never anxious about that because Gina and Tom were patient and explained every step. I strongly recommend their services if you are buying or selling your home.
