Gina is an experienced and consummate real estate professional. Most importantly for us, she is a lovely person and a great human being. We were referred to Gina by colleagues at work. As a new Bay Area family, we had many unsuccessful offers in the very competitive Bay Area real estate market. We had been to open house tours every weekend for over 3 months before we met with Gina. Right at the outset, we felt that it was different with Gina. During our first meeting with Gina, she spent a great deal of time understanding what we were looking for in our new home. She listened as a friend, asked questions where necessary and also supplemented from her own rich experience in the Peninsula area. She also walked us through the trends, numbers, challenges, and opportunities of buying a home in the Bay Area. Within minutes, my wife and I were sharing our preferences candidly, as well as discussing and prioritizing. The amazing thing for us was that during the conversation, we blended into conversations regarding our families and our cultures which brought us closer together. We really felt that we had a connection with her!One of the first things that Gina did for us after the first meeting, was to arrange a very detailed area tour for the areas that were considering. Based on our preferences, she helped to zone in on areas that would meet our expectations. She laid out the pros and cons of the areas very objectively and helped us assess the schools and work commutes, etc. After the area tour, Gina spent many weekends with us going to selected open houses and discussing certain home's long-term value potential and livability. As a native to the area, she was able to give us insight into the different neighborhoods, which helped us to further narrow our selections. One thing you can be sure about Gina is her respect for your preferences, and her willingness to adapt to your needs. We made two offers on other homes before we found aEUR~OUR home with Gina. It was a great experience with Gina throughout. Her attention to detail, integrity and her diligence is impeccable. She helped with reviewing the house disclosures with great amount of detail and relevancy. She also helped us look at comparable sales in the areas and helped with drafting of the offer. Given that each offer is distinct and unique, Gina was always a stable influence and we appreciated her sincerity, honesty, and directness. Being able to reach her with our questions and having them answered was natural and extremely quick. We were impressed by her rapid response to our communications.When we finally found THE home, Gina was able to schedule a house visit in the evening on the very day it was listed. That was pretty amazing. She helped us review the house objectively and go through the check-list and prioritization of our preferences. Gina has the admirable ability of allowing us make the decisions but being able to point to us the key decision criteria and the local area context. It was 10PM in the night by the time we made the offer. Gina was available to answer questions and helped us immensely. She was then able to navigate the process such that we were able to move the house off-market and get the offer accepted. As my wife and I both have full-time jobs, Gina was able to make things simple by going though all of the documents and disclosures for us and pointing out all the important items. She had us sign everything electronically, which alleviated the need to meet up to sign all of the subsequent documents. Gina has accumulated an amazing network of "people" over the years. She was able to get us second opinions on our inspections, she set up contractors to give us quotes on the work to be done to the house and even met us at the house for the quotes so that she could provide any additional insight and help us to negotiate. Overall, we had a fabulous experience with Gina. We consider her to be family now given the interactions with her and the closeness we have shared with her in making one of the very important decisions of our life aEUR" buying a home in the competitive Bay Area Peninsula market. After interviewing several very capable agents, we chose Gina to help us in our search. She took us on a neighborhood tour, listened to our preferences and recommended appropriate houses for us to view.
