I'm Gina Candelario, and I am a native San Antonian. My love of beautiful homes began when I first discovered my hidden passion for architecture, from vintage Victorian Classics to traditional Mid-Century Modern to stark Contemporary Minimalism. I was able to turn my passion for refined properties into a successful career as one of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty's top agents. I have been fortunate to be part of the prestigious Platinum Top 50 award for six consecutive years and a winner of the Centurion Award twice. I am currently recognized as #8 in the San Antonio Business Journal List of Top 50 Realtors among 10,000+ agents in San Antonio. I have received the Five Star Professional Award and have held a position in the Top 10 Kuper Sotheby's International Realty agents for multiple years. She is also the #1 agent for the last 12 months in both sales and volume in 78209. I am a graduate of UTSA with a BBA in Marketing, developed my appreciation for quality and a uniquely personal approach to working with clients through her successful association with such exclusive retailers as Barneys New York and Joan & David. As a dedicated professional, I continue to stay current on the latest in real estate and related trends through courses and seminars. I currently serve on the REALTOR(R) Image Committee and the REALTOR(R) Builder Committee of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS(R). I have joined forces with my husband, Michael T.
