This was THE smoothest, totally stress-free transactions I have ever done from listing to closing; and this was the 5th time I was selling a house of mine. Plus, this time, I wasn't even in the US while putting the house for sale: I was abroad the whole time. The real estate agent, Rita, handled EVERYTHING, from A to Z. When selling previous houses, I used to dread receiving emails or messages from my agent, because it was one problem after another. But with Rita, she handled everything and only came to me when she needed me to sign or approve something. The market was turning a bit. Still, Rita got me a price above my expectations. Plus at some point, the buyer was asking for something and I was willing to give it to them. My Redman agent told me to offer half of what the buyer was asking.
