Let me start by saying that I met Gillian years before I ever imagined buying my first vacation home, and while we would meet in passing or run into each other at lodges, she always carried herself impeccably, came across as a very smart and diligent hard worker. Finally there came a point in my life whereA my successes granted me an opportunity to pursue more time in my favorite place, Mammoth Lakes. I called a couple realtors in the area from googling and found myself in a bit of a pit, found that they weren't helpful or responsive. I then came across Gillian's name, instantly recognizing it(the spelling obviously), I followed up with her and it was one of the smarter choices I've made. She had a hands on approach in making sure I got what I wanted from a house perspective, but also realized I didn't have time to do any leg work, so she took it upon herself to do everything during the search, purchase, and navigating any issues that came along during the absolute mess of paperwork. It was quick and painless, I trusted her so much that I actually bought my place sight unseen because she went to listings and shoot me videos and pictures, then later discussed on the phone what I liked and didn't care for.
