Great guy! Was very nice to view places with and would recommend to anyone looking on zillow! He was easy to get viewings with and he fights for buyers needs. He follows the listings very closely and was great with communication. You can't go wrong with Gilbert. He sends video explination during covid times to maintain social distancing and he knows the market well.

Gil was absolutely amazing. Helped us buy our first and forever home. As someone that has never been through the process, Gil held our hand every step of the way, and went above and beyond dealing with incredibly needy clients. Being new to the area Gil provided us with a wealth of knowledge about all of the towns and neighborhoods, spent more time with us than anyone could ask for, and was incredibly patient and determined to find us our long list of wants - our unicorn. My favorite part was Gil's thorough daily videos of the properties we saw, comps, price breakdowns, which we grew to know and love, and was instrumental in helping us find our home. Gil also went above and beyond to connect us with a mortgage company that allowed us to close in 21 days, and advise us on the things we wouldn't have otherwise known in the purchase process. 20 out of 10 would recommend again.
