ZillowVERIFIEDWhat do I say about Gil? Is he a great realtor? Yes, no doubt. But he is more than that. Is it a realtor s job to check mouse traps when pest control is needed to sell a house? Certainly, not. But did Gil do it? Absolutely, yes, and without blinking. Is it a realtor s job to deal with uncooperative tenants(?) who refuse to move before closing? No. But did Gil do it? Yes, very diplomatically. Gil will do whatever it takes to sell a house. I brought him a project - a 63-year old home that my mom let go as she aged. The inspection revealed big things, expensive things, that needed upgrading. We went through six unsuccessful offers, as a result. I became concerned, so when the seventh offer came in, I felt desperate to take it - as is. But Gil convinced me to push just a little further, and we came away with a few thousand dollars more. Gil has an intuitive sense for when to push and when to stop. He is persistent, in a helpful way, and enthusiastic. I was afraid, at one point, any realtor would walk away from this house sale. But Gil doesn t know the word failure. For that I am grateful. Gil will be your realtor and your ally if you choose to hire him. And I highly recommend you do.
