Gia Freer and the team at Palm Beach Premier Real Estate did a fabulous job selling our home. Gia worked with the photographer to make sure that the home showed perfectly online, organized all of the offers on a spreadsheet so we could evaluate the differences between the offers and made very valid recommendations on the offers she thought were our best options. After we selected the offer we liked the best Gia and Anna took care of all of details regarding getting the sale closed. Gia even met with us to sign the closing paperwork so we didnt need to drive to our attorneys office. It really couldnt have been any easier.
