3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Our client-base has ranged anywhere from a condo in downtown Seattle to a multiple acre ranch in Snohomish County. Every client is unique in every way, which is my favorite part of being a broker here in the beautiful PNW!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have to be honest, we have been blessed with so many wonderful clients, it's hard to pick just one! Our most memorable clients, though, are always scenarios where there is a hardship we have had to overcome together and have come out the other side triumphant in exceeding all expectations. Whether it is a death in the family, a divorce situation, or financial hardship, it warms our hearts to turn a difficult and emotional situation into something positive for our clients. Especially when we gain them as a new friend for life!
